About Payment:
We can take cash, checks, or process credit cards/ HSA/ FSA using the IVY Pay app.
Private Pay Rates for sessions are:
- $150.00 – Initial Assessment
- $150.00 – Each appointment (Individual, Couple, or Family Therapy)
We accept the following insurances:
- Husky (Medicaid)
- Anthem BCBS
- Cigna
- Tricare
- United Healthcare / Oxford / Connecticare / Harvard Pilgrim
- Aetna
If you use insurance, please call them before your first appointment to ask about your “Behavioral Health” benefits, deductibles, session limits, co-pays, or co-insurance. If you are confused at all about your insurance and how you can pay for therapy with insurance (don’t worry, it is really confusing) feel free to call Allison and ask for assistance (203) 990-1215.
Our commitment to equity:
We also offer sliding scale and low-cost options. Associate level therapists offer a sliding scale that ranges from $75-$120 per session, and interns offer a sliding scale that ranges from $0-$50 per session depending on income. We also offer free assessments and letters for gender affirming procedures if insurance does not cover the cost of your session.
