DBT Group


Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a type of therapy that has research evidence to show it helps people to deal with strong emotions that impact their relationships. I am so excited to start this group of 6 awesome women to channel their strengths and learn new skills to be more relaxed and mindful, work through interpersonal issues, and grow a community of support.

I currently plan to start the group in January 2018 and have 3 open spaces left as of 11/24/17. The group will run every week and participants will be expected to remain in the group for approximately 6-8 months to learn all of the skills and practice them.
